Cityworks is pleased to welcome Avolve Software to our Development Partner network. Together with Cityworks PLL, Avolve’s ePlan Life Cycle suite of solutions allows organizations to seamlessly integrate electronic plan review into their permitting process.

The first community to implement the Cityworks and Avolve joint solution is Carmel, Indiana, a fast-growing city located on Indianapolis’ northern border. Over the past two decades, this traditional suburban community has transformed through redevelopment into a sustainable, walkable, and bike-friendly city with nearly 200 miles of trails and paths.
Committed to continued economic growth and citizen services, Carmel went live with Cityworks PLL and upgraded ProjectDox in a new SaaS infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. The city deployed the fully integrated systems with workflows for both the building and planning departments. The resulting benefits include improved public access and submission, as well as faster plan reviews and permits issued. The fully online platform also easily enables 100% paperless submission, review and approval—allowing business operations to continue remotely and safely.
